Parts will be shipped within 2 business days from the received payment date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, money orders, bank checks, and PayPal. (Check payment orders will be held until the check clears with our bank. Please keep this in mind if you need parts shipped fast.)
Many of the parts we sell are directly shipped from our suppliers. We reserve the right to change suppliers at any time due to availability or quality concerns. We are constantly watching for quality changes and do our best to send you the best parts available.
We do not normally ship internationally, although there are some exceptions. International buyers can contact Joe in English before making a purchase. Additional shipping charges will probably apply. If you are working with a parcel forwarding company, we will be happy to ship to their US address.
Shipping discounts normally apply for multiples of the same items. Sometimes discounts are not possible if items are shipping from more than one location and thus aren’t in the same package. Shipping discounts are normally processed as partial refunds after the order has been placed, since the discount would depend on what parts have been ordered, which warehouses they are coming from, and where they are going. Please call, text, or email before ordering if this is a concern. We do have the ability to create custom invoices, but at this time we don’t have a way for the webstore to handle this. We do review each web order, and process shipping refunds when applicable, and we don’t try to overcharge on shipping. We accept returns on all items unless otherwise stated on the item listing. If there is a fault with an item or products, 100% of purchase price will be refunded or the item will be replaced. If a purchaser mistakenly orders the wrong product or item, the purchase price will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee, and the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any item returned without prior acknowledgement will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or phone call to notify you that we have received your returned item, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.
You should expect to receive your credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
Redrunrite does not sell, trade, share, or rent any of your personal information to others. We do not retain any credit card or financial information. This is why credit card information needs to be entered for each sale.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Some products have free shipping.
Q: How do I get in contact with Joe?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call his cell phone 715-495-4932. He is on the phone all the time, so if he doesn't answer leave him a message or try again later.
Q: What if I'm not sure of the part I need ? Or where is this part is located on my tractor? Or am I capable of installing this part myself? Or what special tools are needed to install this part?

Q. What if my refund was processed but I don’t see it yet?
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your Bank account again. Then contact your Credit Card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
