This is a package of 4 Cage Nuts.
5/16" x 18.
2 clip type will fit sheet metal thickness .093"- .127".
These cage nuts are not the same as the original 4 tab style but they do work okay. For these to work the best use a new bolt and make sure it threads into the nut easily and be sure to oil the bolt. Use a hand wrench not a impact. They will work okay as long as you don't force them. It is not a perfect a solution but I have used them successfully for many years.
